Job Descriptions
The key role and responsibilities will be to:-
a. Proper implementation of the marketing strategy to achieve the annual regional sales target as per the strategic plans
b. Ensure collection in line with credit policy of the division
c. Co-ordinate with the channel sales for development of different brand activities
d. To plan, drive and take active part in Conducting Mechanic/Dealer meets and other market meets to popularize the BALMEROL brand
e. Selection & appointment of new distributor
f. Develop and execute new initiatives towards increasing the Distributors/Retailers/Garages
g. Ensure proper depot management as laid down procedures and rules
h. Communicating to channel partners, various schemes of incentive and promotion
i. Co-ordinate with Production for delivery of customer requirements on time
j. Ensure compliance of all statutory and other necessary requirements specially to the depots
k. Creation of regional MIS report w.r.t Sales Trend, Competition, Debtors, Packing analysis and other required/necessary data to the Head Retail.
